In gently undulating pasture, adjoining the townland boundary with Tonbaun to SW. Not depicted on OS historic mapping. Monument identified by Sarah McCutcheon, Executive Archaeologist, Limerick County Council as subrectangular-shaped enclosure enclosed by a low bank. Monument is visible as a roughly rectangular-shaped earthwork (70m NE-SW; 50m NW-SE) on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages taken 25/03/2017 and 14/02/2020.
