In gently undulating pasture. Oval area (23m E-W; 19.5m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 1.6m), with external fosse (D 0.45m; Wth 2m) ENE->SE and S->WNW. A lime kiln (LI020-153---) has been built into bank at NW and its ramp crosses the interior (L 15m; Wth 2.6m). Gaps in bank at NNE (Wth 3.8m) and SE (Wth 3.8m). Level interior under pasture. Immediately N of enclosing element is E-W field boundary.
