In pasture, on steep NW-facing slope, below brow of hill. Monument, depicted on 1923 OS 6-inch map as embanked circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) contained within SE corner of field, has been levelled. However, scarped edge can be traced WNW->ENE, which grades from very faint (H 0.1m; Wth 1.95m) at NW and NE to more pronounced at N (H 1.65m; Wth 9.2m). Interior level and under pasture. Field boundaries immediately to E and S have been removed creating large open field.
