In pasture, on gentle S-facing slope, immediately N of disused trackway and railway line. Oval area (40m N-S; 34.5m E-W) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.8m), best preserved S->N. Bank incorporated into linear dry-stone field wall NNE->ESE. Gaps in bank at SE (Wth 10m) and N (Wth 3m). Field wall kinks around external base of bank W->N. Interior, covered with briars, nettles and thorn trees, is higher in N half where limestone outcrops at surface.
