Atop low rise in gently undulating terrain. Interior of site has been incorporated into farmyard annex and is now used for storage of pallets, tyres, disused machinery etc., with main concrete yard and farm buildings immediately to N. Roughly circular area (34m N-S; 33m E-W) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 1.25m; ext. H 1.9m) S->WNW. Bank, best preserved at SSW (int. H 1.6m), is heavily masked by vegetation overgrowth W->WNW. Bank has external stone-facing, similar to adjoining field walls, at WNW. Bank has been removed WNW->S.
