In pasture, on SW-facing slope below brow of hill. Oval area (24.7m N-S; 28.5m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.1m), stone-faced externally SE->N. Dry-stone field wall kinks around external base of lowered bank (int. H 0.25m; ext. H 0.6m) N->SE; bank lower here due to erosion by cattle accessing interior. Mature deciduous trees grow along enclosing bank. Level interior is partially overgrown by mature trees with stand of nettles at centre, and strewn with loose stones.
