In pasture, on break in NE-facing slope. Oval area (44m N-S; 51.3m E-W) defined by scarped edge (H 0.5m; Wth 4m) SSW->W and enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (H 0.6m), which is part of surrounding field boundary system, W->SE. No trace of enclosing element SE->SSW. Scarp is best preserved at SW. Interior, under pasture, slopes down gently to SW.
