In pasture 80m E of the Augustinian nunnery of Monasternagalliaghduff (LI019-026009-), within the demesne of the Old Abbey House, which lies 130m to NW. Not depicted on the 1840 OS 6-inch map or the 1897 OS 25-inch map. Described by Westropp in 1902 as following; ‘There is said to have been a “ring” or group of pillars about 5ft [1.5m] high in the field to the east of the orchard’ (Wardell 1904, 64). It appears the monument no longer survived at the time of writing and there are surface remains visible. Cropmarks visible in the field to the E of the walled orchard on Google Earth orthoimage taken 20/10/2010 may be the remains of the levelld 'ring' of upright stones.
