In pasture, at foot of E-facing slope. Monument, depicted as roughly circular embanked enclosure on 1841 OS 6-inch map, is now truncated on NE side by field boundary and trackway. Surviving interior (diam. 23.4m E-W) is enclosed by flat-topped earthen bank (int. H 0.75m; ext. H 2.3m; Wth 2.8m) with external fosse (D 0.3m; Wth 1.6m) E->N. Break in bank at E (Wth 3.2m). Interior is level and covered by tall grass. Immediately inside entrance is slight depression in which is embedded some limestone boulders.
