In pasture, at foot of E-facing slope. Formerly circular enclosure (diam. 20.8m N-S) is now truncated on E side by N-S field boundary (boundary to enclosing bank: 15.7m E-W). Site is enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.65m) with external fosse (D 0.65m; Wth 1.6m), now surviving SE->NE. Breaks in bank at SSW and W used by cattle accessing interior. Interior, marshy and covered with rushes, slopes down to S.
