In undulating pasture, at foot of E-facing slope. Immediate area of site very uneven as recently cleared of woodland. Monument, depicted as embanked circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m) on 1923 OS 6-inch map, is now barely perceptible. It consists of roughly circular area (diam. c. 30m E-W) defined by scarped edge (H 1.4m; Wth 7m) NE->S, and enclosed by earthen bank NW->NE (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 2.55m) which utilises slope of natural ridge to accentuate its external height. Interior surface very uneven due to clearance of woodland.
