Situated c. 40m S of the Ahanload River in low-lying, poorly drained pasture. Good views of surrounding hills in all directions. Oval area (39m NE-SW; 25m WNW-ESE) defined by a scarp (Wth. 8.5m; H 0.5m) and enclosed by a wide, flat-bottomed fosse (Wth. 13.6m; D 0.3m). The interior is uneven and dips irregularly down to the centre in a manner which suggests that it may have been quarried.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
