In pasture, atop S end of high ridge. Circular area (27.4m N-S; 27m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.6m), best preserved along S arc. Bank, masked with brambles, lowers NE->E becoming scarp-like (H 0.2m; Wth 2m). It is abutted by field boundary at NE. Level interior covered by stand of mature chestnut trees.
