In pasture, on N-facing slope below brow of hill. Oval area (53.5m N-S; 47m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.1m; ext. H 1.95m), with external fosse SW->NNE (Wth 2.1m; D 0.45m). Bank, best preserved along SW arc, has remains of stone facing NNE->SE. Field boundary (H 1.45m) runs along base of fosse WNW->NNE. Interior, covered with briars and ferns, slopes very gently down to N. Dry-stone field wall abuts enclosure at SE.
