In pasture, atop hill. Roughly circular area (36.8m N-S; 39m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 2.75m), incorporated into S field boundary ESE->SW (int. H 1.3m). Bank is degraded to scarped edge (H 0.55m; Wth 2m) NE->ESE, in which there is a dip at NE (Wth 4m) which appears to be caused by cattle accessing interior. Enclosing element covered in briars and hawthorn. Eastern two-thirds of interior slope down to W, and lower western third level; interior is covered with nettles.
