In pasture, on S-facing slope; in area of outcropping limestone. Roughly circular area (38m N-S; 41m E-W) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.9m) N->SSW, and enclosed by dry-stone field wall (int. H 0.9m; ext. H 0.85m), running along E side of avenue, SSW->N. Bank becomes scarp-like N->NE, but best preserved and flat-topped (Wth 3m) ENE->SSW. Interior slopes down to E and has uneven surface perforated by limestone outcrops; newly erected ESB pole in SE quadrant.
