In level marshy terrain, immediately S of railway line. Circular area (diam. 30m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.75m; ext. H 1.6m) with external fosse (D 0.8m; Wth 3m), and by an external bank W->NE (H 0.75m; Wth 3.4m) and ESE->SSE (H 0.6m; Wth 4m). Latter bank is truncated by railway line on N side. Causeway entrance at NE (Wth 2.8m). Interior surface uneven and shallow irregular depression at centre may be result of quarrying. Most of monument overgrown by trees and bushes, particularly S half of interior.
