On a gently undulating SW-facing slope, on a small undeveloped greenfield area abutting School House Road and otherwise surrounded by housing. Depicted on the revised 1938 ed. OS 25-inch map as a circular-shaped area (approx. 43m NE-SW; 41m NW-SE). Monument described in 1996 as a flat-topped circular-shaped area (diam. 40m) defined by a scarp (H 1.15-1.6m) and a partially infilled outer fosse. There is suggestion of a couterscarp (Wth 10m) to N. Visible as a roughly circular-shaped monument on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13 and Google Earth orthoimage taken 19/11/2019.
