16th century graveslab in St. Mary's Cathedral (LI005-017015-) described in the Urban Survey of Limerick (Bradley et. al. 1989, 322) as following; ‘’Thomas and Peter Creagh. 1497 & 1546. Limestone slab with Gothic lettered inscription, in the Arthur chapel: ORATE P AIA THOME CREAGH FILII DAVID Q/ OBIIT V DIE IUNII Ao 1497 ET P AIA …./ UXORIS EI ET P AIA PETRI CREAGH FILII EOR Q/ OBIIT NO DIE MAII AD 1546 (Fitzgerald 1910, 128; Talbot 1976, 23)'.
