In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.

Situated in a sandbar to the N of the junction of the stream from Termonfeckin and the shore. Six to eight hearths, consisting of flat stones, burnt fragments of shell and a fragment of the right parietal bone of an infant, were recorded in 1915, but were subsequently eroded away by the weather (CLAJ 1919-20, 277, pl. facing 300-1).
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
