Discovered during archaeological test trenching (Excavation Licence No. 99E0549). A spread of burnt clay with fragments of orange fire-cracked sandstone was exposed. This may represent the ploughed out remains of a fulacht fia. An animal bone was recovered from the burnt layer. One of two possible fulacht fia discovered in close proximity (see also LH012-078----). (Murphy, Donald 2000, 207)
