Discovered in September 2003 during construction work for a housing development. Destroyed prior to inspection by the NMS or NMI. Recorded by Micheál McKeown before destruction as a trapezoidal shaped passage (Wth at floor level c. 0.9m; Wth at roof level c. 0.4m, H 0.9m-1.1m) leading out of a beehive chamber (diam. c. 1.3m, H c. 1.6m). The passage ran initially in a northerly direction for c. 8m and then curved towards the NE and continued for c. 7.3m where it was blocked by collapsed soil and stone. A recess was noted on both the E and W wall c. midway along the passage and also on either side of the junction of the passage and chamber. Finds included a sherd of pottery and a piece of flint.
