Cropmarks on aerial photographs (CUCAP: AYM 63 and BDG 82) show an oval enclosure (max. diam. c. 65-70m) with its northern portion cut off by a fosse. The above description is derived from both the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Louth' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1986) and the 'Archaeological Survey of County Louth' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1991).
