Excavated in advance of the construction of the M1 Dundalk Western Bypass (Excavation Licence No. 03E0114). Two troughs were uncovered (Trough 1: L 2.9m; Wth 1.52m; D 0.4m; Trough 2: L 1.62m; Wth 1.42m; D 0.42m). Trough 1 contained six post-holes around the edge of the base. Found in association with a possible Neolithic round house (LH007-172----). (Bayley 2006, 342)
