The following description is derived from both the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Louth' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1986) and the 'Archaeological Survey of County Louth' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1991). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.

Situated on S slope of E-W ridge, 18m SE of souterrain LH007-108002-. Discovered during ploughing in 1987. Modern entrance at SE end of passage. The souterrain consists of a drystone-built passage (L 9.9m, Wth 0.8m, H 1m) sloping from N-S-SE. The passage is deliberately blocked at the N end, where it is directly under the modern field fence. Original entrance most probably at this point. Traces of enclosure (LH007-108001-) visible as surface cropmark. Tradition of further souterrain downslope to S in same field (see LH007-109---).
