Tempest (CLAJ 1912, 21-2) records and illustrates a souterrain consisting of nine sub-rectangular or beehive chambers connected by short creeps. The souterrain was partially rock-cut and partially drystone-built, which may account for the irregular plan. Now inaccessible.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
