In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.

Situated on a flat plateau S of the Slieve Gullion range. Large granite boulder, probably originally a glacial erratic (H 2.2m, 2m by 1.7m in section), with top sloping to SSW, so that the orientation is roughly NNE-SSW. Natural cup-mark pitting on all faces.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
