What is recorded here

Three roundwoods (overall Wth 1.2m; T 0.3m) extended roughly at right angles into a WSW drain face, close to its base. The largest example (diam. 0.12-0.14m) was located at the NNW end. At the opposite end, the roundwood (diam. 0.10m) rested on a slightly smaller one (diam. 0.08m). In the middle of the section a transverse piece of brushwood had a worked chisel-point end. An irregular timber, possibly part of a displaced plank, was located to the W, in the next drain at a depth of 0.55-0.6m.
