Originally recorded as a small patch of a togher (L 10m min.) exposed on the field surface and visible in a drain section face (Dunne 1999, 7, 99LBW0014A). Excavation revealed an upper walking surface (original Wth 1.6-1.75m) of loosely laid, longitudinal small brushwood, with roundwood placed along the edges extending E-W. A substructure consisted of transverse, diagonal and longitudinal roundwood and brushwood, which in turn rested on diagonal and longitudinal small brushwood. Pegs were used to contain the edges of the togher and the substructure. There was no evidence of woodworking. The remains were quite degraded and milled. (Dunne 2000i, 205-6)
