In rough, low-lying pasture. Not indicated on the 1837 or 1883 eds. of the OS 6-inch map. A report in 1976 (SMR file) recorded a raised roughly oval area (c. 26m N-S; c. 20m E-W) enclosed by a much-denuded, low bank of earth and stone with fragmentary traces of a shallow external fosse. The original entrance was probably at E. The rath has been levelled and, apart from a very short segment of a low scarp (H 0.4m) at SW, is not visible at ground level.
