On an E-facing slope in pasture. A raised circular area (diam. c. 43m) enclosed by a low bank of earth and stone (Wth 3.8-5.6m; H 0.4m) from N–E–S and elsewhere defined by a scarp (H 1.5m). An external fosse (Wth 2.2m; D 1.6m) and an outer bank (H 0.45m) survive from S–SW–W. A break (Wth 3.3m) in the bank at ENE may mark the original entrance.
