On a NE-facing slope in pasture. A large, raised circular area (diam. 69.2m) enclosed by a substantial, although partially denuded, bank of earth and stone (Wth 7.3m; H 1.2m max.) with a wide, shallow, external fosse (Wth 5.8m; D 0.25m). From ENE-E-S the bank and fosse have been levelled. From S-W-WNW both have been modified and incorporated into a field boundary. The original entrance is not recognisable. A possible house site (LF017-008003-) was noted in the SW quadrant of the interior (SMR file, 1975) and there is a souterrain (see LF017-008002-) in the WNW sector.
