In pasture on a gentle ESE-facing slope. Depicted as an irregular enclosure with the designation 'Fort' on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. A report in 1975 (SMR file) recorded an almost completely levelled circular area (diam. c. 33m) enclosed by a low bank and a shallow external fosse at SE, S and W. The NE quadrant was cut by a NW-SE running field boundary and only a low rise with slight traces of the fosse survived to its NE. The original entrance was not recognisable. On re-inspection in 1988 the monument was not visible at ground level. Another ringfort (LF014-102----) lies c. 20m to the S.
