In reeds on the E stony shoreline of Derragh Lough. This small oval stone platform (12.5m N-S; 9m E-W), which may be natural, has a maximum height of 0.3m above the shore. It consists of a concentration of subangular red sandstones, varying in size from 0.2-0.4m. The stones are loosely set and form an uneven surface and two small bushes and high grass are growing on it.
