On a low rise in undulating pasture with a stream to the NW. A raised circular area (diam. 25.5m) defined by a scarp (H 1.05-1.5m) except at S where it has been levelled. At the base of the scarp from WSW-N-E is a berm (Wth 2.5-4m), which probably marks the line of an infilled fosse. The original entrance is not recognisable.
