On a low NW-SE rise in pasture. A raised subcircular area (41m N-S; 38m E-W) enclosed by a substantial bank of earth and stone (Wth 6-9.8m; H 0.75-1.5m) with a waterlogged external fosse (Wth c. 7.2-10m; D 0.4-1.35m), which has been partially infilled in recent years. The original entrance is not recognisable.
