Situated in a low-lying position c. 50m from the shore of Headford Lough at its SE angle. This is a grass-covered circular earthen platform (diam. 30m N-S; 27.2m E-W; H 1m at E to 1.8m at W) with some bushes on the perimeter. It is defined by a fosse (Wth of top 4.9-5.6m; Wth of base 1-1.4m; ext. D 0.4m at W to 0.7-0.8m E-S). The original entrance is not identified.
