What is recorded here

Situated on small lip at the outer edge of a shelf on the N-facing slope of the Leean plateau, with cliffs (H c. 25m) rising over it c. 25m to the S. It is overlooking the Glencar valley and has wide views out NW-E-SE. This is one of three house sites and a drystone built structure on this shelf. It was first identified by Kytmannow as a hut-site in Area G. This is a rectangular grass-covered (ext. dims 4m E-W; 3.2m N-S; int. dims 2.6m E-W; 1.6m N-S) defined by some grass-covered stones, but its outline is rather uncertain.
