What is recorded here

Located on a gentle S-facing slope. Grass-covered circular area (int. diam. 26m N-S; 24.4m E-W) defined by a grass-covered stone spread with facing-stones, best preserved at E and W (Wth 1.85m; int. H 0.35m; ext. H 0.8m), which is built on an artificial scarp (H 1.9m) at S (downslope). There is no identifiable original entrance. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Leitrim' compiled by Michael J. Moore (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2003).
