What is recorded here

At the S edge of a limestone plateau overlooking Glencar valley to the S, with a small N-S valley just to the E. Attached to the E of enclosure (LE006-007----) is a large oval or D-shaped enclosure (int. dims 65m NNW-SSE; 37-40m ENE-WSW) defined by the remains of a stone wall (Wth 2.5-3m) with a straight side at W, but the walls do not cross the interior of the smaller enclosure. Facing-stones were not noted on either enclosure and an original entrance of the larger enclosure is not identified. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 12 January, 2016
