Unlocated enclosure within townland that is described by Carrigan as 'Between the Abbey (LA033-009001-) and the church (LA033-010), there are earthen remains resembling a large rath, such as are often seen in the immediate vicinity of religious houses of early times' (Carrigan 1905, vol. 2, 345). Compiled by: Caimin O'Brien Date of upload: 17 December 2007

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.

The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
