Site visited by Elizabeth FitzPatrick in 27 May 1994 and described as formerly situated in the NNE sector of a ringfort (LA023-007001-) on elevated ground W of the Abbeyleix - Mountrath road. This building was bulldozed during the construction of a bungalow in recent years, along with the ringfort which enclosed it. The site of the building is now occupied by a lawn. The present occupant claimed a tradition of a church here within the ringfort. Nearby graveyard (LA023-007004-) located 170m to the W of the possible church and ringfort (LA023-0070010.
