What is recorded here

Unlocated bush known as Kenny's Bush within townland, mentioned in the OS letters as 'there is in the townland of Skagh (Sceach, ie. a bush) another bush called Kenny's Bush, at which some devotions were performed, some say on Good Friday' (O'Flanagan 1933, vol. 1, p. 10). Compiled by: Caimin O'Brien Date of upload: 17 December 2007

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.

The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
