New monument discovered in 2003 during excavations of the M7 Heath-Mayfield motorway scheme by Colum Hardy for V.J. Keeley under licence number 03E0905 following previous centre line investigation by Ros O Maolduin under licence number 03E0128.
Excavation of trench 3 in area 2 revealed a possible hearth lying adjacent to a series of post/stake holes. Located at the western end of the same trench there was a second hearth (Bennett 2006, 286).
