At W edge of Heath. A ring-barrow (max. ext. diam. c. 14m N-S), overgrown with briars and furze, defined by a D-shaped platform (dims. 7.2m N-S; 5.9m E-W; H 0.5m), with the straight side at W where part of the monument has been removed, a flat-bottomed fosse (Wth 0.6-1m) and an outer bank (Wth 2-2.5m; max. int. H 0.8m; ext. H 0.2-0.3m) except from S-WNW. Small quarry in interior at S. An earthwork (LA013-03002-) lay immediately to SW.
