Carrigan (1905, 4, 246-7) notes a rock called Cluck-volly-eye-nawn - Ballyeyenawn Rock. O'Kelly (1969, 132) refers to 'a cromleac here which Carrigan records in his Notes as Cloch Bhaile Fhionnáin, the Ballyfinaun stone'.
