In pasture. On the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map, the name 'Burying ground', but with no associated feature or enclosing element, is indicated in a field (dims. of field c. 110m E-W; c. 90m N-S at W end tapering to c. 60m at E end) with a townland/parish boundary running along the S boundary of the field and the townland boundary continuing along the E side, along a public road. The burial ground is not visible at ground level.
