A roughly oval enclosure (diam. c. 43m N-S; c. 41m E-W) is indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map and 1948-9 revision. A field boundary runs E-W along the N perimeter of the enclosure, kinking slightly to respect the monument. The interior is grass-covered, with trees and scrub growing around the perimeter (satellite imagery Digitalglobe 2011-2013).
