In pasture. A large roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 75m) indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map and on the 1900 revision. A field boundary is indicated running NW-SE through the centre of the monument. By 1967 the monument had been levelled as it is visible on an aerial photograph (CUCAP ASW033, 17 July 1967) as a cropmark. A castle (KK021-019001-) is located c. 30m to the NE and a possible trackway (KK021-019002-).
