The Acore River flows roughly NW-SE c. 35m NE of the monument, in pasture. A roughly square enclosure (dims. c. 50m NE-SW and NW-SE). According to Barry (1977, 190) the monument was levelled in 1963. The outline of the monument, which was enclosed by a wide deep fosse (Wth c. 4m), is visible on satellite imagery (Google Earth, 14 September 2019) as a cropmark.
